Hi I have been struggling to hook my network up with vista. I finally got my
xp computers working and got the ME computer to see the vista. I can even
get to the folders but then the ME computer seems to hang or freeze when I
click on the folder. Any suggestions? I am Connecting thru ethernet. Private
network. This computer worked fine with my xp computers the only change now
is the Vista computer is the one I am getting the folders from now. All
connections do work.

I'm sorry, but that isn't possible. By design, Vista doesn't allow
access to its shared folders from Windows ME (or 95 or 98). Attempts
to do it just hang, as you've seen. It would be nice if it gave an
error message instead.

I wish that I had better news for you. :-(
