Yes. However, I believe the uplink port and port one are connected, so
if you're using the uplink port, you can't use the first "straight" port
on the switch.

No, that would be the WAN port. That's where you plug in the cable
modem. If you need to connect another device, you'll have to connect the
uplink port on that device to any of the switch ports on either the
wireless router or the regular router.

Disabling the DHCP server on the wireless device should not interfere
with the WIFI at all. The DHCP server on the regular router will take
care of handing out IP addresses to all your (wired and wireless)
clients.
