Connecting 2(two) MN-500

Can one make a wireless connection between 2 computers
(WinXP & Win98) using 2(two) MN-500 Base stations or is a
wireless adpter, such as a MN-730, an absolute requirement
for the second computer? I would appreciate knowing the
installation resource if the former is possible.

Need a wireless adapter, such as 520, 530, 720, or 730.

The wireless adapters are actually MN-510 (USB), MN-520 (PCMCIA), MN-720
(PCMCIA), & MN-730 (PCI). Sorry but for 802.11b they didn't do a PCI
adapter.
