**If I understand what you are asking, (and that's a big if)** then the
answer is not directly. Your wife has a Verizon wireless internet card or
WAN card. A card capable of connecting to Verizon cellular network, correct?
If indeed this is the type of card you're talking about these cards do not
normally also do Wi-Fi the type of connection you would need 802.11 to
connect to an access point or wireless router. If she also has a
802.11a/b/g/n or (any type of 802.11 card) she could in theory share her WAN
card with her wireless card ( or a wired card connected to an access point)
and do what you are requesting. She need to check her contract with Verizon
to see if this would be legal to do, most wireless internet cards are not to
be networked I believe.
