Connected but not?

In the morning I fire up my computer everything great five minutes later
Wireless Icon still says connected excellent strength. However all programs
that need to access the internet can't. So I manually disconnect and
reconnect and everything starts working agian. I have six laptops on my
network and it is only happening to this one machine. I have tried all sorts
of different setting AC or DC no different. It just stops working yet both
my wireless icon says that I am connected and my router says that my MAC is
connected and ip's match. Still none of my programs can access network
untill I again manually disconnect and connect.
It is not at a regular time interval either sometimes I stay connected for 5
min. sometimes for 4 hours. The only thing that is consistant is I am
getting annoyned
Please help.

Check the properties of the network card, power management. Make sure 'Allow
this device to be turned off...' is not checked.
