Connect to wireless network, but can't browse

I have a Dell Inspiron laptop that I took to McDonald's 2 weeks ago and
connected to the wireless network. But tonight, my computer showed I was
connected but I could not browse anything at all. I have not made any
changes to my system since I was last wireless. I never could get my
sister's system out of this problem, so maybe some can give me some help.

i have a similar problem with my laptop. was connecting fine but now is
showing its connected to my wireless network but cant access internet at all.
I suspect its a problem with the TCP/IP protocol, but havent managed to sort
it out yet. If you get any information i would like to know
