I have Mandrake 10.0 on a networked laptop. It runs KDE desktop.
Now I want to establish a VPN tunnel via a Windows 2000 server and out
on the company LAN. I don't know how to start...

>From a Windows laptop I just create a new "Connection" and specify the

details of a virtual private network tunnel and then I "connect" using
my normal password.
On Linux I have no clue as to where I should start looking for the
corresponding connect method.
Is there anyone out there who is willing to share knowledge in this
matter?
(I have had this Linux laptop for one week now, so I'm really a
novice...)

/Bo

You can download kvpnc from
http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=12570, it's an easy way to
configure a VPN.
