Connect two servers

Hi, please I need some help I have 2 servers in a different place the
distance between them is 300 meter and each one in a building. Each server
using windows server 2000 and has its own LAN wich 20 PCs for each. I need
to link the two servers together so each pc on each server can talk to each
other so I need to know how I can link these two servers with this distance
( 300 meter) and what I should install on these two servers to see each
other. Thanks in advance
