Connect to

My computer developed this annoying habit of bringing up the "connect to"
dialog box all the time. On boot up, I have to click cancel three times to
get to the desk top. Today it started every time I right click anything. I
ran Spybot and checked my Startup Menu but didn't find anything conspicuous.
Any ideas?

Go to Internet Options in the Control Panel and under the Connections tab
select DO NOT DIAL.
