Hi all,

Would someone be kind enough to tell me; what would the most
economical way to connect a segment of multi mode optic fibre 62.5/125
(SC connectors) to an 100BASET Ethernet switch at either end.
The client is a primary School with a small budget.
The switches are already in place. Unfortunately they do not have GBIC
slots.
I hope that is enough info in regards to the fibre as this is all I
have been able to get from the contractor that laid it.

TIA
Rob

Rob,

You need a media converter for each end. Try this link to CDW to give you
an idea.
