Connect Mac to Windows 2000

This is a tough one so I'm hoping someone can help me. I can connect to our
Windows 2000 server and see folders and files with our office Mac (running
OS X). What I
would like to do is receive and send e-mails and surf the internet. I have
proxy server and exchange server installed on Windows 2K and I would like to
setup the Mac to be able to connect and use these services. Can someone
please tell me on how to set this up?
