Hello,

I have a DSL modem in bridge mode. We also have a proxy computer runs ISA
Server, and has two NICs. One of the NICs is directly connected to the modem,
and gets an external IP address fro mthe ISP. The other NIC is connected to
our LAN, with an assigned internal IP address.

Using this setup, I cannot connect to the modem's configuration interface.
Any attempts to do so time out. The modem's IP address is on the same subnet
as our LAN, which is 192.168.0.x.

I've allowed the computer to connect to the modem's IP address in ISA Sytem
Policy. Other than that, I really can't think of anything else in ISA that
would be preventing the connection.

Thanks for any help!

I would suggest you consult with the manufacturer of the modem. This
newsgroup supports the hardware and software of Microsoft's Broadband
Networking series, not general networking problems like you seem to have.
