Confusing Centrino WiFi solutions?

I was wondering which of the following laptop options would be the
best to go for? I'm a little unsure of the benefits of a "Mini-PCI"
card vs. a "built in" solution!

Intel® ProWireless 2200 802.11b/g
Dell Wireless 1350 802.11b/g 54Mbps Mini-PCI Wireless Card
2100 Intel Pro Wireless Card
Dell Wireless 1450 Dual Band 802.11 a/b/g Mini-PCI card

Unless you specifically need 802.11a I'd go for whichever of the b/g
solutions is the cheapest
