I'm about to buy an all in one ADSL modem and wireless router... Was
going to get the Dynamode R-ADSL-C4WG but it is out of stock at eBuyer,
so I've been looking for alternatives, but half the time can't work out
which ones are just wireless routers and which ones have a built in ADSL
modem as well.

Does anyone have any recommendations on suitable (and as cheap as
possible) options... I want to order it NOW as I've just received an
e-mail from PlusNet saying that my Broadband connection has been
activated..... exciting times!!

I'll be using it in conjunction with a Mac with built in Airport Card
(802.11g standard) if that makes any difference

Yeah, that looks OK to me. Have you actually tried one? I guess it works
OK with a Mac??

Any others?

Yes, I have used it and it works fine. Routers are not operating-system
dependent, so a Mac won't present a problem! There will be others out there
but that's the only 802.11g all-in-one product I've had experience with, and
cheaper than most alternatives.

3Com 3CRWE754G72

I bought it from Misco for £77 delivered including a free PCMCIA card but
they appear to be out of stock at the moment. I'd recommend it.

Some others that I considered included:

D-Link DSLG604-T
Linksys WAG54G
Belkin F5D7630
Netgear DG834G
USRobotics USR019106

Brilliant, thats what I needed.... I've just been looking at the Belkin
you suggested. I'll look the others up now... The cheapest so far is
still the one Dominic recommended... and it has a USB port on it! Never
heard of the manufacturer though.
