I have just upgraded to a new mobile, a Nokia 6230 and I want to be able
to access my email with PlusNet and send also. Do I put in my PlusNet
configuration for POP3 into the mobile or do I use O2 settings. I have
been told to phone O2 and that they send me the settings or configure it
for me, can anyone advise me. Also, does the emails go by SMS or just
via the net.

Hi there,

Depending on how you connect to the net via your mobile, you will need
to put in our incoming mailserver (mail.plus.net) and if you do
connect through our National Rate Access number (0870 7063000) then
you can also use our outgoing mail server (relay.plus.net), otherwise
you will need to use the outgoing server of whoever you connect with.

Kind regards

Luke
