configure SNMP service

Hello,
I am attempting to setup the Dell IT Assistant client software on an XP
worstation to monitor and control functions on our Windows 2003 Standard
Server. We have one private subnet for all hosts.It uses SNMP protocol. I
turned on the SNMP service and configured what was available in the
properties, but still cannot get through due to a prompt for a port number
on the server. Where do I specify the port number to access the server?

The port information would be in the Dell IT Assistant Help files or
manual. Then you would have to configure your firewall to open that
port. Probably the easiest way to deal with this is to call Dell IT
Assistant tech support.
