How to configure SNMP service to send trap in specific version(1/2

On Windows 2003 Server, how can the SNMP service be configured to send out
traps in a particular version?

For Windows CE, the following registry key is supposed to be set as per MSDN.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\SNMP\Parameters\TrapVersion

This did not work for Windows 2003 Server. Are there any more settings
required on the server to send traps in a specific version (1/2c)?
