configure RRAS, & disable IC (incoming connections)

I want to configure an RRAS on my 2003 server.
When I want to do this, I always get a message 'IC
(Incoming Connections) is currently enabled on
myservername. To configure RRAS, please disable IC and
try again'.

As far as I know, there was indeed a other way of
dialling in configured on the server, but how to disable
it?

Via the network wizard I can only configure such a IC,
but not disable it.

If an incoming connection is configured, it should show up in Network
Connections. Disable or delete it from there.
