Hello
I gt some problem and hope some one can help me at the earliest.

I have got an internet connection on my flat. I want this internet to
be shared on other computers. I have gt two more computers (of my flat
mates). They are not able to get the internet on their comps. We have
gt a switch to distribute the feed from ISP provider but are unable to
figure out , how to share the connnection..


Can someone help me soon...

The simplest, and in many ways best, way is to buy a router. Let us know
what sort of connection you have (cable? ADSL?) for more advice.

As the other Alex said , you need a router.

This can be with or without wireless capability (which sounds like it would
be handy) , and with or without an ADSL modem built in.

If you are on cable then you need a router without modem.
If you have adsl then get one with modem.

When you have decided which one to go for people can recommend specific
products
