Configging MN-700 & Mn-720 on XP System

How do I set up my network so that the Desktop uses the laptop's modem to
dial out using the OUTLOOK contacts list?

Not making myself clear, I guess.

I have a home wireless network with a desktop and a laptop. Both are
running XP Pro (as of today). What I would like to do is configure the
laptop to use the desktop's modem to dial contacts from my OUTLOOK address
book on the laptop. That way I don't have to have the laptop plugged into
phone plug on the wall. Hope that makes more sense.

I'm not aware of anyway to do that. I don't believe TAPI is supported "remotely".
