Computer won't share file/printer

I have three computers on a router. A can see both B and C; B and C
sometime can see A; B and C can see eachother. The network settings on
the three computers are identical except for the names. The protocol
is tcp/ip only. A folder and the printer connected to A is shared. All
suggestions are appreciated.
