Computer Management Error

I am wanting to use the Microsoft Software Inventory
Analyzer(MSIA) tool to collect software install
information. However, after running the tool I get access
denied to about 25 computers of the 90 scanned. I am
logged on as domain admin.

When I attempt to connect to these computers remotely
through computer management I recieve access denied also.
What must I do to resolve this problem?
I am running windows server2003 and xp/2000 pro
workstations.

Make sure the client machines are joined to the domain and logged onto the
domain - not the local machine. Make sure the domain administrators group
or your domain user account is a member of the built-in administrators group
on the client machines. Also check the Local Security Policy on the
clients - User rights assignment for Access this computer from the network.
