Computer freezes when switching from MN510 to MN730

When uninstalling the USB MN510 and installing a PCI card
MN730 the computer freezes on startup. I uninstalled the
MN510 from the Device Manager before installing the
MN730. I have Windows XP SP2. Solutions?
