What operating system is your computer?
Did the modem and the DSL provider give you a step by step instruction
manual?
I believe they come with a CD that walks you through all the whole setup.
Did you install the modem software?
Who is your DSL provider?
Did you call your DSL provider tech support department? They will walk you
through it over the phone.
