Watchguard Firewall Appliance

Win2K Server

XP Boxes Linux Box

The firewall appliance, Server and PC's are all connected to a simple Hub.

Now for the question.... How do I get out with the Linux box?

Using Debian disrto (yes I know it has a steep learning curve).

I can ping within the LAN. I can use the dig command, so why won't the
server let me out?

What simple thing am I missing?

Configuring the gateway and dns as they are on the XP box. If the
_server_ or firewall don't let you out, maybe is because you need to
configure that.

Your ASCII diagram shows no such hub anywhere.
