compatibility with version of windows

Microsoft Broadband Networking has a known compatibility
issue with this version of Windows. For an update that is
compatible with this version of Windows, contact
Microsoft Broadband Networking.

The "issue" is the pretty front end used with the management tool. You can
do exactly the same thing by going to the base station IP in your browser's
address line. The updated version is available here:
