Choose one or the other:
Install SAMBA (
www.samba.org) on the Sun system. It makes it act like a
Windows machine toallow you to share a folder.
Or setup FTP and use FTP from XP to the Sun box.
If it was Windows Server 2000 or 2003, you can install the Unix services on
it to make it act like a Unix machine.
