After upgrading my XP to service pack 2, I continuously
get this message popup that MS Broadband Networking has
compatibility issues with this version of MS Windows.
What do I need to do?

Download the broadband update program from:
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/br...etworking/10_D
LoadMain.mspx

(or even more directly from:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=6790)

I think that should solve your problems...

Uninstall the MSBN software as it is not needed with XP or XP plus SP2. Use
the built in wireless networking wizard in XP to configure your hardware.
Just make sure the wireless networking service is started and set to
"automatic".

Or even better yet uninstall the BNU on all wired computers, Windows XP
computers, & the unsupported Windows 2003 server computers.
