Compatability Issues

I am currently a college student involved in a project
that involves setting up a network at a youth center. Does
anyone know of any networking compatability issues that
would exist between win98se and Server 2003. With 2003
being the domain controller and the domain being made up
of computers running Win98se. My better judgement tells me
that its not going to work. Any help would be much
appreciated. Thanks!
