Compaq WL400 problem ...

can anybody help me with clearing/restoring community string - password in
this Access Point ?

I have bought two, and I can't do anything with them

Its been a while, but I think there's a "pinhole" reset switch in the rear
of the unit that should reset it to factory defaults, which I believe
deletes the community string.

Indeed.
Default community string after reset is 'COMPAQ'.
(case sensitive)
