COMPAQ WL400 and output power

Hi,

Anyone know how to increase the output power of WL400?
The amplifier is 250mW, but power is set at +18dBm or something like that.
Some time ago I had an "200mW firmware" for this AP, but I neither do not
have this flashed AP by now nor the firmware :-(
