company recommendations

Has anyone in this group used this company???

Are they any good???
i placed an order with them on the 12 of november and am still waiting for
it.
The router i ordered, the SAR715, was out of stock at the time and was due
in on the 25th.
On the 26th i called them as they status of my order still said processing,
they said the SAR715 had been discontinued and there was a new model , the
SAR715+.
The date they gave me for the when they would get delivery of this new model
was thursday or friday last week.
I rang them yesterday to find out what was going on and they said they
hadn't got it yet and they would contact the importers and email me back
last night.
Did i receive any email ???? NOPE!!!
I am currently paying for a £40 a month 1mb service from nildram which i
cant use, they said they would refund me the carriage costs(£11), but i
havent seen that.
Oh yeah they have already taken payment for it as well.

They shouldnt have take the order as It was well known that there was a
shortage of routers . Solwise shoulsd have had the delivery early last week
so your supplier should get theirs soon, As a side point the 715 had
allready been replaced by the 715+ when you placed your order. It seemed
quite common last month for people to take rders knwing they couldnt fulfil
them, I dont want to think of the money I lost by not taking orders and
telling people that I wouldnt be getting stock till 1 Dec.:-(.
As to the company they look like a box shifter as they still list at least
one other obsolete router. the SAR110.

Don't think they have got any 715+ routers in yet - I still have some on
back order. The SAR130 and SAR715PV that I had on back order were
delivered today however.
