Combining Multiple Internet Connections

Hello.

Suppose that i have two distinct Internet connections, for an example two
distinct broadband cable connections, each one with 10 mbits, with different
routable IP´s.

Suppose also that in a machine with windows 2003 server i have three NIC´s.
Two of those nics are used by the two Internet connections and the third
would be for connecting to a switch with N number of clients.

I would like to know if i can kind of "combine" the two Internet connections
for the users. I heard about creating a network load balance server for this
problem, but i would like to hear your opinion.
Thanks a lot

Does it have to be software? I know of at least 3 routers that ar
pretty cheap ( less than $250) that would do the job for you

The hard part is having two default routes that are both active and load
balancing. One solution is

You never said what kind of Links these were. If this is "home user"
technology like Cable or DSL, then Lynksys has one or more NAT Devices that
can handle two Internet Links.

If this is commercial Lines like T1s, then most any commercial grade Router
has at least 2 serial ports and can accept a Line on each serial port. How
the router treats the Lines depends on what you configure it to do.
