'Code 10' Error

I have a Belkin Usb Network Adapter and every time i go want to install it i
get a message about a code 10 error message.

You should ask Belkin support, Cameron. This newsgroup supports only
Microsoft's Broadband Networking hardware and software, not general
networking issues.

Try to plug your USB network adapter into another USB port, and then go
ahead and try to reinstall the drivers supplied by Belkin.
