I've not heard of any timeout, but I'm sure there are generic TCP/IP
timeouts that might apply. Do you have any problems with other type of
sommunications like accessing shares?
Is your name resolution configured correctly to locate the DC? The clients
will query DNS in order to locate a DC. Do you have the subnets that the
remote sites are in assigned to an AD site in sites and subnets?
