Clients get automaticall logged off by windows sserver 2003

Clients, during the day access high volume word documents
shared on server 2003. And at times get kicked out of
word. If they leave their computers on, when they leave
office, when they return (ALL USERS) they are kicked off
the network and require re-booting their XP pro machines
