Clients disconnecting

Hi,

There is a problem of clients disconnecting on an irc server running
on windows. I'm not a networking person, I'm just a developer so I
don't know what to look for. Increasing the ping frequency seems to
resolve the disconnection issue for many people, but still some get
disconnections and sometimes there are mass disconnections.

Some people doesn't get disconnected at all with original ping
frequency (5mins) but there were some people who were getting
disconnected every 5mins. Reducing ping frequency to 100 secs seems to
resolve the issue for many people with this problem, disconnections
are still happening for some people.
