Client on Win95 can't login

Our Network consist of a server using Win Server 2000 with only 10 PCs using
various OS. Some are still using Win 95, 98, and milinium. However I find
that those clients using Win95 does not always logon to the server. Only
sometimes it will logon and I don't seem to know why. All PCs have been
allocated with its own IP address.

Its seem the wins clients can't locate the domain controller to authenicate
the users, I wonder whether you have installed wins service on yr network. If
not, think of it.
