I can't think of any way to do this with RD. Remote Assistance, maybe - but
even that is not simple over the internet. There's plenty of third party
software out there that works kind of tlike this - Webex, GoToAssist, etc -
if you have a lot of customers to support, it's probably worth the
investment.
