we set up a friend's laptop running dos 6.22 with his wireless wavelan 'b'
card and using orinoco drivers. the laptop sees the card and seems ready
to go but now we need client software for dos that will poll around
looking for hotspots like net stumbler does. we're using archne for a web
browser but need the software that looks for the wifi spots.

this is an old 386 laptop and not ram-capable of running windows very well
so we need the dos equivalent of a client manager program. anyone know of
which program we need and where to get it.

thanks in advance
