A client has their Cisco VPN working at home over wireless, but it will not
work over public hotspot or on wireless or ethernet in hotels. In the
hotels, the hotel always end up supplying a spare, which works, and his
colleagues manage to get on to VPN using laptop which seems to have the same
setup ie by me. In public wireless hospots, his colleaghues get on no
problem. I am stumped. The error mssage is:
'Browser configuration doess not support remote logon.' User can use same
laptop from home on a wireless connection and get in to VPN, so the laptop >
does support remote logon"
Any help appreciated
