The Client could not connect to the remote computer

Hello.

After rebooting my Windows Server 2003 machine, I am now unable to log
onto the machine via remote desktop. I error I get is

"The Client could not connect to the remote computer. Remote
conenctions might not be enabled...."

After running a netsat from a local logon on the machine, I discovered
that port 3389 is not enabled.

How do I enable it? Do I use the "netsh" command to do so?

Get the properties of My computer en enable Remote Desktop. You can also
change the TCP port of RDP for the sucurity.

PS: Look if your firewall is enable. !!
