You also need to check that the machines are getting their network config
from ICS. Make sure that the router is not running DHCP.
The machines should be getting IP addresses o 192.168.0.x and
192.168.0.1 (the ICS machine) as the default gateway.

You may want to use tracert command to find out where is the traffic stop or
post back with the result.

I have a small home network, 3 PCs, all running Win XP. The network is
connected through a Lynksys router and connects to the internet through
the
"host"'s modem (Yeah, I know "stone age", DSL is not available in my
area).
The host computer connects to the internet, the 2 clients cannot, even
when
the host's connection is active. ICS is active and I have run the
troubleshooters for Windows and lynksys, to no avail. I have tried to
bypass
the router in favor of directly connecting the LAN through Nic cards (ICS
worked when there wore only 2 PCs, before the router was added), but when
the
net cable are run directly, the local area connections show "Network cable
unplugged". Please help, I am kind to small animals.........
