Clear netstat -e ?

Anyway to clear the ethernet errors shown via netstat -e? I've tried
rebooting as well as disabling/enabling the adapter with no luck.

They aren't incrementing so I am no longer worried, however, I want to
check in a week or so and want to clear (Reset to 0) today.
