Class Options to determine IP

Can I use class options to assign IPs? In other words, if a class option ID
has been set on the client, they will get an ip in a set range (e.g.
10.1.1.1-64), but if no class ID set on the client, they wil be assigned an
IP in the range 10.1.1.65-96.

Thanks,

Jeff
