ClamAV

hey all, im running Clam AV with Getmail, anybody know how to get it to
flag the message, as in but something at the top sayin" the
attatchement to this email has a virus, please dont open it..." but
still let it through, as far as i can see, there is only the option to
either drop it or let it through, and if u let it through, it doesnt
flag it, or even send a message to the sys admin, any advice
appreciated...
