Hi, I have a question maybe off-topic. My italian Isp have put on his
network some router cisco that filter my p2p package.

These routers read the header of the package. It is possible to divert
all the traffic p2p on a server socks5 to resolve the problem?

Sorry for my english if there are mistake....
