cisco aironet 1300 discovery

I'm trying to find the IP address for a Cisco Aironet 1300 on a private
(10.0.0.0) network. This was installed by someone else and not documented.
I've tried pinging all addresses in the range (10.0.0.1 thru .255),
commercial programs like Network Asset Tracker, Network View, I've pinged
nodes between the two buildings and then arped, etc. It is used to link
this n/w between two buildings . Anyone have any useful ideas? Thanks...

Try to run ipconfig /all from the run + cmd window.
