cisco 350 config - cant get device to answer

I have cisco 350 AP.
I have 1 PC connected to intenet via sat modem through ethernet card
1. I have ethernet card 2 to switch and switch to cisco AP. All is
working fine and I can get the wireless net working nicely. the
problem is that I cant get into the config for the cisco. I cant
remember what IP I set but it was something like 192.168.0.1 for base
pC and the AP was 192.168.0.2 .
The base computer nic card has Ip assigned by DHCP for sat connection.
I have tried using IPSU but the mac address just says device does not
answer !!.
Is it that I have 2 nic cards in ?.
