Cisco 350 Bridge Replacement

Cisco discontinued the Aironet 350 series and recommends their 1300
Aironet series as a replacement. However the price point moved up from
$400-$500 to about $900. What would be a good bridge at a similar cost?

My client does a lot of yachting so a new bridge should have a fairly
powerful radio and be compatible with a wide variety of WAP's. He had
an Engenius bridge that had a strong radio but it couldn't hold the
wireless settings - they kept reverting to the previous (or default)
settings despite applying the latest firmware. The Cisco 350 would have
been attractive because it probably would be more reliable and worth
the extra money over cheaper bridges, but now, the price of the 1300
makes you pause.

Thank you,

Tom Remmers
